From Food Co-op Shop Wiki

The management collective is the board. The co-op is basically run by a core group of between five and nine people, the shop managers and the co-ordinators.

The management collective meets roughly once a month to discuss the running of the co-op. Members of the co-op are welcome to come and share ideas. The usual meeting time is the second Tuesday of each month at 5.45pm. We need some working groups:

• IT Working Group
• Rule Changing Working Group
• Marketing Working Group
